London Met Online’s MBA programme incorporates feedback from the industry to ensure the content is relevant to the current business environment. Our aim is for you to graduate with a broad understanding of how modern businesses function, how they are managed and governed. This will prepare you for a leadership role and more responsibility, or to go on and develop your own business.

The online lectures and seminars provide students with tools of analysis, outline methods for evaluation and give clear guidance on how students may best extend and apply their learning independently.

All modules include the use of a virtual learning environment. Core materials, e.g. handbooks, presentations, reading materials etc. are made available on the platform, which also provide the vehicle for online collaboration and other blended learning activities.

The program has a collaborative learning approach where students will undertake group work, presentations, case studies, writing for diverse audiences and research-based problem solving exercises, all of which contribute to the students’ practical skills.

A range of assessment methods are used through the core modules and within the remainder of the course, reflecting the range of outcomes and diversity of learning approaches adopted by students.

Students will be assessed on their communication, reporting and presentation skills through individual and collaborative assignments involving report writing, blogging, essay writing, oral presentations, etc.

Students will be given timely feedback in a variety of formats on individual or group performance, both within and between modules in order to maximise student achievement.

Application process

London Met Online offers an online MBA to students aspiring for a global career in business and management. You don’t need a prior business management degree to apply for the MBA programme. However, you will need sufficient work experience to be able to contribute insights in class discussions and engage with your peers.

You must fulfil the entry requirements and send in your complete application. Once we’ve reviewed your application, we may ask you to attend a selection interview.
